Formulating Soap Recipes Workshop

$125.00
If you have taken the Introductory Soapmaking Workshop and want to better understand the chemistry and formulating of soap, this workshop is for you.  Local soap maker and Gridley's owner Michele Sauve will go over in more depth how soap formulating works and introduce you to lye calculators so that you can formulate your own recipes.  Following the presentation, you will make your own batch of solid dish soap to take home with you.  This 2 1/2 hour workshop will review safe lye handling, basic terminology, and focus on how soap recipes are formulated.
Bonus: Bring your mold and safety equipment from our introductory class and save $10 on workshop fee (use coupon code MYMOLD).  Don't think you will use the mold again? Return it to us after the workshop for a $10 refund.
