Cancellations
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations or changes after your order has been shipped. If you would like to order additional products, a second separate order must be placed. Any changes to an order prior to shipping may result in additional shipping charges and may delay the original estimated date of delivery. If an order is refused upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee plus full shipping charges will be incurred.
Return Policy
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. However, due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. If you require additional information about any of our products, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package(s) at the time of acceptance. Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all wrappings, packaging materials, invoices or mailing receipts if available, and the damaged item, then notify us and Canada Post within 2 business days. Damage claims are submitted directly to Canada Post Customer Service.
