- Wet your hair thoroughly.
- Lather up the shampoo bar in your hands and then gently rub it directly on your scalp. Rub it back and forth until your hair is soapy.
- Using your finger tips (but not your nails) massage your scalp. The lather will naturally work its way down to the ends of your hair.
- Rinse your hair completely and follow with Gridley’s Hair Conditioner.
Note: When it comes to using a shampoo bar there are two options: cold process soap or what is referred to as a syndet bar. This is short for synthetic detergent. Gridley's shampoo bars are cold process. Because of the high pH of cold process soap, many people use a slightly acidic rinse on their hair after use. The most common rinse is an apple cider vinegar rinse. Use a 1/4 to 1/2 Tbsp per 100 ml of water.
