Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil, Water, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Parfum, Mica.

1. Wet your hair thoroughly. 
2. Lather up the shampoo bar in your hands and then gently rub it directly on your scalp. Rub it back and forth until your hair is soapy. 
3. Using your finger tips (but not your nails) massage your scalp. The lather will naturally work its way down to the ends of your hair. 
4. Rinse your hair completely and follow with Gridley’s Hair Conditioner.

Note: When it comes to using a shampoo bar there are two options: cold process soap or what is referred to as a syndet bar. This is short for synthetic detergent. Gridley's shampoo bars are cold process. Because of the high pH of cold process soap, many people use a slightly acidic rinse on their hair after use. The most common rinse is an apple cider vinegar rinse. Use a 1/4 to 1/2 Tbsp per 100 ml of water.
